What's the minimum order for farm pricing?
100kg (100 standard 1kg spools). For 3kg/5kg master spools, minimum is 50kg per color.
Can I get free samples before ordering?
Yes. We ship one free 1kg spool per material/color you're considering. You only pay shipping (~$5–8 to the US).
How do you guarantee color consistency across batches?
Every batch is tested with a spectrophotometer against a master sample. We guarantee ΔE < 1. If a batch doesn't meet spec, we re-produce at no charge.
Do you support scheduled recurring orders?
Absolutely. Many of our farm customers place quarterly standing orders. We hold your color recipes and produce on schedule — no re-quoting needed.
What payment methods do you accept for bulk orders?
Wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance. Net-30 terms available for repeat customers after the first order.
